What were you like in high school? Name one thing you miss and one thing you don’t miss about those days. (If you’re still there, imagine how you’ll remember it in the future.) I was voted “Most Unique” in high school. I was in theatre; an Honor member of our Thespian troupe, played ComedySportz, I did the theatre department’s website. We did 4-5 shows a year and went to all kinds of theatre festivals. I spent basically all my time in the theater. I was in Choir too. I Went to Sacramento for California Youth in Theatre Day two years in a row, I tested for LAMDA and recieved bronze and silver medals for acting distinction. I pretty much ignored everything else. That is what I miss about high school. I loved my teacher and the great department we had. She retired two years after I graduated. What I don’t miss is pretty much everything else. I didn’t like having to walk through the masses of people between classes. I pretty much didn’t know anyone who wasn’t in theatre, but the startling thing is that they all seemed to know me. That can get confusing when you can’t figure out how someone knows you.

Onesome- Beginnings: Are there any television shows out there that you’ve watched regularly from the very beginning? Or for those of you not into TV, any book authors that you’ve read from the very beginning? hmm. Maybe The O.C. I mean, I did watch the first episode. I kind of slacked off on the next few, but I caught up with them and then watched it regularly. I always forget that I didn’t watch smallville regularly in the first season. I’ve watched the first season eps so much, it’s easy to forget. And I think most of the book authors I read started writing the books like, before I was born (C.S. Lewis, etc) or when I was to young to read that type of book or something. I guess the closest thing would be the Shopaholic books.
Twosome- Middles: What about shows that you came into in the middle of the season but immediately grabbed your attention and turned you into a die-hard fan? Again, for non-TV fans, have you ever begun reading a series of books in the middle and then just had to read everything else in the series? hmm. I guess that would be Smallville. I mean, the second episode was the first that I watched. I don’t think I’ve ever read the middle book of a series first.
Threesome- And Ends: Recently, a number of big name shows have ended, Friends, Fraiser, The Drew Carey Show, and the cult hit, Angel. Did you watch any of the big finales? Have you ever been really sad to see a show go? Ok, readers, here’s one for you. Have you ever read the end of a book first? Why?
no, I really didn’t see any of them. everyone was so shocked that I didn’t see the Friends finale, but I didn’t even think about it. I mean, I like friends but I never really followed it. And I don’t think I’ve ever read the end of a book first unless it was a math book or something.
Musical Day
Tuesday Twosome: Music
List:
1. The last two songs you heard: Death Cab for Cutie – Lack of Color and Squirrel Nut Zippers – In The Afterlife
2. The last two CDs you bought: The Boy Friend soundtrack. I can’t remember another.

4. Two songs you are loving at the moment: No Doubt – Platinum Blonde Life and Maroon 5 – This Love
5. Two singers you would like to meet (dead or alive): hmm. Probably Rosemary Clooney and… Bing Crosby.

Twosome: Something new- Buy anything new lately? hmm. Well, I got a pink striped shirt with a little pocket in it, and a hollywood belt. I’m going to get some capri pants this weekend, because I didn’t find a whole outfit last week. also, maybe a skirt to wear to the final fantasy concert Jerrod is taking me to if the ones I have as options aren’t appropriate.
Threesome: Something borrowed- Ever borrowed anything and never returned it? probably. but I probably don’t rememeber that it was borrowed.
Bonus: Something blue- See anything blue from where you are? What is it? the first blue thing I see is the dress of my Barbie as Dorothy. sitting up on a shelf.

1. What is the biggest problem in today’s society? oh, so many could I name. But I think I’d have to go with the lack of absolutes. A cannot equal non-A. Something that goes with that is the idea that “tolerance” is thinking that no one is wrong. That’s just silly. I mean, everyone can’t be right about everything.
2. How does algebra relate to daily life? not a whole lot. I failed the second semester of high school algebra 1 twice. I never passed it. I finally just took business math.
3. What do you use the computer for most? I pretty much use it for everything. blogging, email, web design, graphics, looking up things, listening to music, downloading, IM, etc.

I would like to collect more shoes… actually, I really like those, like, little houses with the little people? like they have a disney theme park castle with the little people and stuff. I know they’re toys, but they’re so cute. If I had a place to put them, I’d collect them.
Curious?
Rarely Asked Questions (apparently):
1. What is the “theme” on your calendar this year?
I don’t have an actual calendar. I only have calendars on my websites.
2. Do you read the newspaper every day?
no, but I usually read news feeds
3. What kind of shoes are you wearing right now?
none.
4. What magazines do you subscribe to?
Marie Claire, and Backstage West, though that’s not a magazine
5. What is your favorite condiment?
Ranch. Ranch makes almost everything better.
6. What was the first occupation you remember wanting to have?
a singer
7. Are you a green thumb?
I don’t think so. I mean, I don’t think I’m a gardening klutz or anything, at least I hope not, but I’ve never really felt the want to garden or anything, so I suppose not.
8. Did you have an imaginary friend when you were little?
no. I always wanted one, though. I used to try to pretend I had one, but it never worked. I could never quite believe in them.
9. Do you floss regularly?
no. actually, flossing kind of scares me. I could never quite figure it out.
10. If you could still hang posters of celebrities on your walls and get away with it like when you were 12, who would be on your walls right now?
I actually do have a couple. well, I have the smallville poster that came out in the LA Times last year up, and since I felt that Lex wasn’t prominent enough, and Chloe well, she wasn’t on there at all, I printed large glossy photos of them and put them next to the poster. I also have posters from shows I’ve been in, but I’m not sure that counts.
11. Do you keep shoe boxes or throw them away?
I keep them. Especially the really cute ones. I love the boxes from my supergirl shoes.
12. Would you be embarassed if someone looked under your bed?
I hope not. though I don’t actually know what all is under there, I’m guessing it would mostly be towels and shoes.
13. If you could be one character in book, who would you be?
hmm. That’s a hard one. I guess I’d have to go with Anne from the Anne of Green Gables books. But then again, I might rather be Lucy from the Chronicles of Narnia. That would be cool. I mean, she got to go to Narnia the most times, and she was a queen. Very cool.
14. What do you sleep in?
jammies
15. what is your favorite word?
hmm. I really like words. I’m not sure…

okay, so I’m glad that my blog is back to being updated. My uncle is in Japan on business, and I was spending the night with his daughter to take her to school and whatnot, and last night I wanted to blog and totally got errors. Very upsetting. But I fixed them, and now I’m back in… blogness. haha.
I haven’t blogged for the last couple of days, partly because I’ve been learning php. I even wrote my first PHP script; Pretty Comments.

2. Why does history repeat itself? because we are human. No matter how much we think we have advanced, or how much better we think it was “back then”, people are people. You’d think that we would learn some things, like never go through russia in the winter, but even that doesn’t always sink in.
3. Why did you choose the email username that you did? I’m not too interesting on this front. it’s my first name.
Okay, so I finally took a good look at the comments thing on here, and I decided that it didn’t look too nice, so I edited the template, and I think it’s much more pretty and easier to use now.
new, Chloe-centric Smallville episode tonight! I’m very excited about that seeing as Chloe wasn’t even in last week’s episode at all! Also a new episode of The O.C. but as aforementioned, I’ve already seen it.
